The Spire of Neltuna

The spire of Neltuna is the main seat of the religion of Neltuna - The Goddess of the Never-Ending Pleasure. It is a single large spire, located at north of the Logr lake. In the front there are many shacks and buildings where there is a lot of pleasure houses and taverns serving Neltuna and being present in the free reign of Neltuna.
